Police have identified several masked persons who were supposed to have attacked other persons in Bratislava. The investigation did not show a link between the incidents and the masked persons apparently chose the targets of the attacks at random. The Bratislava regional police spokesman Michal Szeiff informed.

"The media audiovisual recordings, which are apparently composed of partial shots, are being analysed by the Bratislava Regional Crime Police and the police have identified several masked persons who are in the individual shots," the spokesperson said. Subsequently, according to him, they are finding out whether the police were informed about the incidents or have any information.

Police are searching for witnesses and victims of the attacks

Szeiff noted that tactically, they cannot provide the public with a more detailed scope of the actions taken or planned. He said the police are focusing on obtaining the information needed to bring criminal charges. "Criminal police officers continue to prosecute for extremist offences in this regard," he added.

The police are asking citizens to contact them if they have been a victim of aggressive behaviour of masked men or have directly witnessed their aggressive behaviour. It is also appealing to the public to cooperate in clarifying the identity of persons whose identity is not yet known to the police.

The daily newspaper Nový Čas recently reported about a masked group that was supposed to attack unsuspecting people in the capital. The group was supposed to present itself with videos of fights and neo-Nazi symbols and slogans on social networks.
