According to Denník N, he was an exceptionally gifted pupil. In the past school year, he should have been awarded as the school's top representative. He should have achieved several successes in regional or district student competitions, including the German language Olympiad.

According to Markíza TV, he was supposed to have commission exams after he transferred to Spišská Stará Ves from Kežmarok. However, the fact that the young man had studied in Kežmarok in the past was refuted by Daniela Mihoková, the headmistress of the Kežmarok grammar school, to our TV station a short while ago.

Markíza also reports that he had threatened his classmates with assaults in the past.
